• Warmly and professionally welcome our guests.
• Serve dishes and drinks during meetings, dinners, and events.
• Set and clear tables, making sure everything is perfectly in order.
• Assist in setting up and tidying up event spaces.
• Use basic knowledge of the menu and drinks to advise guests.
• Report guest wishes or issues in time to the F&B or Event Supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the kitchen, bar, and dining area to ensure smooth service.

• You meet the legal requirements of the flexi job statute (see also www.mycareer.be).
• Preferably, you have experience in service, but motivation and customer focus matter most.
• You are flexible and eager to help during peak moments. Ideally, you are available for 1–2 shifts per week.
• You speak fluent Dutch or English.

Accessibility
Our location is easy to reach, no matter where you come from. The event center and Arno are located at Akkerhage 2B, 9000 Ghent, just off exit 9 (U.Z. Gent) of the E17.

By car: Park worry-free in our spacious parking lot.
By bike, scooter, or speed pedelec: Safe and well-developed cycle paths lead right to our entrance, with a convenient bicycle parking on-site.
By public transport: Tram and bus stops are within walking distance, with smooth connections via De Lijn.
