At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent, everything revolves around comfort, efficiency, and hospitality. As an F&B Employee, you are the face of our breakfast service and support other F&B tasks. You provide a well-presented buffet, smooth service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy a varied job, and like to get hands-on? Then we are looking for you!

At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent, everything revolves around comfort, efficiency, and hospitality. As a flexi job breakfast attendant, you help keep the breakfast buffet clean, well-presented, and inviting. You ensure everything runs smoothly so that every guest starts their day with a smile.

Are you an early bird with an eye for detail, who enjoys helping out in a cozy hotel atmosphere? Then this might be the job for you!

What does your role involve?

• Setting up, replenishing, and clearing the breakfast buffet
• Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and ensuring smooth service
• Performing dishwashing and cleaning tasks
• Keeping the breakfast area and kitchen tidy and organized
• Light kitchen assistance (such as warming food)
• Working closely with colleagues to make sure the morning service runs efficiently

• You are eligible to work under a flexi job arrangement
• You are available 2 to 3 mornings per week
• You are an early riser – starting at 7 a.m. is no problem for you
• You don’t mind working weekends and public holidays
• You are friendly, well-presented, and service-oriented
• Experience in hospitality or breakfast service is a plus, but not required – enthusiasm matters more than experience
• You speak Dutch or English

• A flexi job contract averaging 6 hours per week, with a flexible schedule in consultation
• An attractive flexi wage of €14.88/hour
• A pleasant working environment with great colleagues and respect for work-life balance

About us
Holiday Inn Express & Suites opened at the end of 2024 in Ghent. The hotel is conveniently located along the E17 (exit U.Z. Ghent), with parking and good connections for bicycles, e-scooters, and public transport. We offer our guests a comfortable place just outside the city center – close to everything Ghent has to offer.

Accessibility
Our location is easily accessible, no matter where you come from. The hotel is located at Akkerhage 2B, 9000 Ghent, right by exit 9 (U.Z. Ghent) of the E17. Coming by car? Park worry-free in our spacious parking lot. Cyclists, scooter riders, or speed-pedelec users can easily reach us via safe and well-constructed cycle paths, with a convenient bicycle parking on site. Public transport also gets you here effortlessly: tram and bus stops are within walking distance, with smooth connections via De Lijn.
