This boutique hotel of 139 rooms, soon to open, will be the first Marriott hotel in the vibrant city of Antwerp. Promising to be the luxury lifestyle hotel everyone has been waiting for, we
cannot wait to start welcoming Bonvoy Travellers from all over the world and guide them when exploring the beautiful city of Antwerp.

As a waiter, you will work together with our Maître and waiter colleagues in the restaurant WildN. At WildN, you are the point of contact for our guests and you are co-responsible for the experience we strive for. High-quality hospitality comes first.

WildN is completely plant-based, under the leadership of 2-star chef Bart De Pooter. Restaurant WildN, located in the Ballroom of Sapphire House Antwerp, will be a fine dining restaurant with exclusively vegetable dishes. WildN stands for quality, gastronomy and plant-based.

Tasks:

• You offer guests a warm and hospitable welcome
• You are co-responsible for the mise en place
• You offer holes a warm and hospitable reception and guide guests to their table
• You take orders from guests and process these orders
• You help guests with their questions
• You help guests to make the right wine/drinks
• You guide guests through their restaurant experience
• You work closely together with the kitchen team
• You draw up bills for guests and process the payments

• You have a passion for hospitality and fine dining
• You have 3 years of relevant work experience in a gastronomic establishment
• Guest-oriented
• Quality oriented
• Well-groomed appearance
• You are a real team player
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
• You are stress resistant
