• Making lists and keeping up with stock and mise en place

• At least one year experience in a professional kitchen
• Culinary school grads also welcome
• Motivated, punctual, driven
• eamplayer that can also work alone when necessary
• Basic knife skills a must
• roduct knowledge or curiosity for learning new things
• Uphold cleanliness and HACCP rules

• Tuesday - Saturday
• Variable work schedule
